I am a tech agnostic financial professional that has worked with energy, software, health/health tech and social impact ventures along with much larger organizations. A jack of all trades, master of a few, traditional and venture investing and further experience in the areas of finance, economics and commercial viability. I am a seasoned business and finance professional that can walk through and evaluate the relevant details of opportunities in front of you as well as pursuing new paths.
Developing an understanding of ‘the story’, finding and helping convey the salient points, creating clarity from the ambiguity that is today’s complex business environment, this what my thirty five (35) years in the business and finance communities, can be utilized by you and your venture. I have worked directly with UCeed, the Philanthropically Funded Venture Capital entity, where I helped close twenty-one (21), $50,000 to $300,000 Pre-Seed and Seed, SAFE, Convertible Note and Priced Round Investments with a combined valued of over $2.1 million.
I continue to serve as an active member of the Foresight Cleantech Mentorship program as well as continuing to serve as an Independent Member of the Investment Advisory Council for Alberta’s Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.
