Energy, in a human context, is our capacity to do work, play and be creative. But when we don’t deliberately manage our energy, we limit our ability to perform at our best and even risk burnout.

In this workshop, hosted by Cole Nakatani, founder of Hydra Labs, participants will explore what is draining their energy and how they can create simple habits to restore and protect their energy. They will also look at ways they can better use their energy while mitigating burnout. Participants will walk away with a new perspective on how they work and tangible practices to enhance their resiliency, productivity, and overall well-being.
